Job Description

Are you an experienced and strategic account manager with a true service first mindset Do you have a strong understanding of retail operations in Czechia If this sounds like you then wed love to chat!

Role background

Wolt is a Finnish technology company and until recently weve been best known for our food delivery platform. However food delivery was just the start. We dont want just to satisfy our customers hunger but to deliver a wide variety of products and expand our platform to some cool retail shops supermarkets flowers toys and other exciting products all referred to as Retail.

As Enterprise Key Account Manager your focus will be on driving incremental revenue and providing the tools and support for our partners to make sure they thrive on our platform and increase sales while improving operational aspects. With this in mind you need to be super passionate about account management and business development but also able to adapt and change your tone and approach depending on the type of partner youre working with.

On a personal note it goes without saying that youre a team player and willing to get your hands dirty as we build this new area of our business in Czechia! As time progresses and more Retail partners are onboarded the targets and duties of the role may develop. This means that you must thrive in the startup environment where constant change means theres always lots to get your teeth into!

What youll be doing

  • Develop and foster partner relationships with your portfolio of key retail partners. 
  • Conduct Business Reviews with partners to review performance and develop forwardlooking strategies.
  • Determine the needs and wants of our partners prioritize them by impacting the business and work to cocreate solutions.
  • Strategically introduce and execute on new Wolt product opportunities to strengthen partnerships and increase partner revenue streams (i.e. whitelabel delivery).
  • Drive revenue growth of Wolt and retail partners in your portfolio by improving venue performance through a databased approach.
  • Drive & execute on operational improvements with your partners to ensure that we are delivering the best experience for Wolt customers.
  • Renegotiate terms and conditions with retail partners.
  • Key communicator between our operations support marketing and retail partners.

Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • You have proven experience from previous account management business development or similar role
  • You are a selfstarter reliable team player with the ability to deliver results ontime and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Negotiation experience from either supplier or customer perspective in a highpaced environment
  • You cultivate extensive mutually beneficial relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt the tone to suit the audience
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with and making decisions based on data
  • Structured detailed and serviceoriented
  • High ownership and ambition to go beyond the obvious
  • Fluent in Czech and English
  • Experience working with CRM & BI systems is a plus
  • Retail/ FMCG experience is a plus
