Job Overview:
Looking for a Junior Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in developing implementing and maintaining machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with senior engineers and data scientists to design experiment and deploy machine learning solutions. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior engineers and data scientists to understand project requirements and design machine learning solutions
- Develop test and deploy machine learning models and algorithms
- Preprocess data perform feature engineering and explore data to identify patterns and insights
- Evaluate model performance troubleshoot issues and optimize algorithms for scalability and efficiency
- Stay updated with the latest machine learning techniques tools and technologies
- Document code processes and results thoroughly for reproducibility and knowledge sharing
- Assist in integrating machine learning models into production systems and workflows
- Participate in code reviews team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and improvements
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics Statistics or related field
- 12 years of experience in machine learning or data science
- Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and algorithms such as regression classification clustering and neural networks
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or Java with experience in libraries like TensorFlow PyTorch scikitlearn or Keras
- Experience with data manipulation visualization and analysis using tools like pandas NumPy or matplotlib
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git and collaborative development workflows
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop Spark or Kafka
- Understanding of software engineering principles and practices
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
- Experience with deep learning frameworks and architectures
- Contributions to opensource projects or participation in machine learning competitions
