Job Overview:
As a Laravel Manager you will oversee all Laravel development projects ensuring the delivery of highquality solutions that meet client and business requirements. You will manage the development team set project goals and ensure smooth collaboration between various departments to drive innovation and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all Laravel development projects from inception to deployment.
- Lead and mentor the Laravel development team ensuring best practices are followed.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and define project scope.
- Allocate resources and set project timelines ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Ensure application performance security and scalability.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance the development process.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including design QA and product managers.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Laravel development and team management.
- Indepth knowledge of PHP Laravel and related technologies.
- Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with cloud services DevOps and software architecture.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and strategic thinking.
