Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Data Scientist to spearhead our data science initiatives. As the Lead Data Scientist you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction of our data science team leading projects and collaborating with crossfunctional stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilites:
- Lead and manage a team of data scientists providing guidance mentorship and technical expertise to drive project success.
- Define and prioritize data science projects in alignment with business goals identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization.
- Collaborate with business leaders product managers and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data science initiatives.
- Design and implement endtoend data science solutions including data collection preprocessing modeling evaluation and deployment.
- Utilize advanced machine learning techniques statistical analysis and data mining algorithms to extract insights and drive decisionmaking.
- Lead the development and enhancement of data science methodologies frameworks and best practices to ensure scalability efficiency and quality.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data science machine learning and artificial intelligence and incorporate them into our practices.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to nontechnical stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations reports and visualizations.
- Collaborate with data engineers and IT professionals to optimize data pipelines infrastructure and deployment processes.
- Foster a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous learning within the data science team promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.
Requirements:
- Masters or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science machine learning or related roles with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex data science projects in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Expertise in machine learning algorithms statistical modeling and predictive analytics with proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to think strategically and drive innovation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of data scientists fostering a culture of learning growth and accountability.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks manage resources and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change championing datadriven decisionmaking across the organization.
- Strong commitment to quality accuracy and continuous improvement.
