Job Overview:

As a Marketing Head they hold a key leadership position within the marketing department of an organization. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the companys marketing efforts and developing strategies to promote the organizations products or services.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the companys overall objectives and goals. This includes setting marketing objectives identifying target audiences and determining the most effective marketing channels to reach them.
  2. Team Management: Leading and managing the marketing team including hiring training and supervising staff members. Youll be responsible for delegating tasks setting performance targets and providing guidance and support to ensure the teams success.
  3. Campaign Management: Overseeing the planning execution and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital marketing social media email marketing print advertising and events. This involves coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  4. Brand Management: Developing and maintaining the organizations brand identity including brand positioning messaging and visual identity. Youll be responsible for ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  5. Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research to identify market trends consumer preferences and competitive insights. Using this data to inform marketing strategies and make datadriven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
  6. Product Marketing: Collaborating with product development teams to understand product features benefits and target market. Developing product marketing strategies and gotomarket plans to drive product adoption and sales.
  7. Public Relations: Overseeing the organizations public relations efforts including media relations press releases and corporate communications. Building and maintaining relationships with media outlets industry influencers and other stakeholders to enhance the organizations reputation and visibility.
  8. Budget Management: Developing and managing the marketing budget allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI. Monitoring expenditures tracking performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to optimize marketing spend.
  9. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Providing regular reports and analysis to senior management to demonstrate the impact of marketing efforts on the organizations bottom line.
  10. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments such as sales product development and customer service to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts across the organization.

Overall as a Marketing Head you play a critical role in driving the organizations growth and success through effective marketing strategies and initiatives. Your leadership strategic vision and creativity are essential for achieving marketing objectives and maintaining a competitive edge in the market.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Relevant experience of 57 years
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing product and user funnels
  • Use a datadriven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance
