Job Description

Experience: 12 years in SAP
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Solution Manager with a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP to lead our team. As a SAP Solution Manager you will be responsible for managing and supervising the SAP solution development and implementation. You will also have a strong understanding of SAP solutions and their integration with business processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the SAP solution development implementation and support across various business units.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
3. Oversee the development of SAP solutions ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
4. Manage and resolve issues in SAP solutions and ensure they meet business needs and requirements.
5. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions with other business systems.
6. Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP solution policies procedures and associated training plans.
7. Stay updated with the latest SAP solutions and recommend improvements to the existing systems.
8. Manage and provide guidance to the SAP team and ensure they are aligned with the overall business strategy.
9. Conduct testing of SAP solutions and ensure they are functioning as expected.
10. Provide training and support to endusers.
Requirements:
1. At least 12 years of experience in SAP with a focus on SAP Solution Manager.
2. Strong knowledge of SAP solutions and their integration with business processes.
3. Experience in managing and leading SAP solution development and implementation projects.
4. Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
9. SAP Solution Manager Certification is a plus.
