Job Title: Recruitment Staff (Work from Home)
Location: Remote

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Staff member to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in recruitment and must be proficient in both Spanish and English. As a key member of our HR team you will be responsible for sourcing screening and assisting with the hiring process for various positions within our company. This is a workfromhome role and the successful candidate will need to have their own PC highspeed internet and the necessary equipment to conduct professional video calls.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process including posting job ads sourcing candidates conducting initial screenings and scheduling interviews.
- Communicate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate with the HR team to meet staffing needs and contribute to recruitment strategies.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Provide support for any other HRrelated tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English (oral and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Must have your own personal computer (i3 and above) two monitors a web camera and a noisecancelling headset.
- Stable internet connection to support work and video calls.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
