As an Customer Support Advisor your role will involve providing customer assistance via incoming calls live chat email and social media channels. Youll serve as a reliable consultant to our customers offering prompt and effective solutions to questions regarding account setup and verification signin problems financial matters as well as general guidance on navigating the platform and resolving any technical issues.
What You Need:
- Fluency in Romanian both written and verbal
- Good command of English both written and verbal
- Excellent communication skills
- Interest in sports
- Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
- Organizational decisionmaking and analytical skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service center is an advantage but not required
- Availability to work on rotational shifts
- Authorization to work in Bulgaria
