Job Overview:

The Sales & Marketing (Sponsorships) Executive will be responsible visavis Sponsorships for generating leads getting sponsorships with companies and institutions. This role requires an ambitious adaptive and proactive individual with excellent communication and persuasion skills who can develop trust with the companies and institutions. Revenues generated from Sponsorships would be put back in the aforementioned cause to help more and more people; millions PAN India and abroad.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES for getting Sponsorships:

  • Lead Generation:

Identify and research potential companies and institutions targeting individuals in the age group of 1830 years

Execute lead generation strategies through various channels including cold calling email campaigns social media and events

Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on leads

  • PreSponsorship:

Outbound calling

Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements

Present offerings and query resolution to showcase the value of our offerings

  • Getting Sponsorships:

Build strong relationships with prospects to convert them into customers

Close sales deals effectively

  • PostSponsorship Engagement:

Follow up with the clients postsponsorship to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or Completed Diploma/Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
  • Willing to work on incentive basis for initial 3 months
  • Relevant internship Experience is desirable
  • Strong understanding of marketing and sales principles along with customer service practices
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and persuasion skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Ambitious Adaptive Proactive
