Job Overview:
The Operations Associate will play a key role in supporting and improving daytoday operations maintaining data accuracy and optimizing processes to enhance team productivity. This role involves coordinating with crossfunctional teams managing internal workflows and implementing solutions that drive efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement ways to streamline and improve operational processes contributing to greater efficiency and productivity.
- Data Management: Collect organize and maintain operational data ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- CrossFunctional Coordination: Collaborate with teams such as finance customer service and logistics to resolve operational issues and support seamless workflows.
- Project Support: Assist in the execution of projects monitor progress and track key performance indicators to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare regular reports on operations metrics and document processes and procedures to support consistency and transparency.
- Issue Resolution: Handle operational issues as they arise troubleshoot problems and proactively recommend solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Operations Management or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in operations business analysis or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data management tools (e.g. Google Sheets Airtable).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and a teamoriented approach.
