Job Description

About The Role:

Our SpendHound product is quickly growing and we are scaling our internal operations to support new customer growth and onboarding. We are looking for an Activation Specialist to join our SpendHound team and manage the customer integration process and facilitate the customer handoff between Sales and Customer Success.

Candidates must have primary residency (and be physically located) in Colombia in order to be considered for the position. If hired you must maintain residency and be physically located in Colombia. (Anywhere fully remote but within Colombia)

As an Activation Specialist You Will:

  • Oversee the customer integration process to ensure that every customer correctly integrates their relevant data sources to complete setup on our platform
  • Serve as the main point of contact for new customers following handoff from sales
  • Schedule and lead new customer integration and onboarding calls
  • Provide SpendHound guides and lead live walkthroughs on how to set up specific key integrations
  • Work with the Product team to troubleshoot any integration issues that customers experience
  • Handoff customers to the Customer Success team following successful integration
  • Optimize the integration process to reduce the time to fully integrate a customer
  • Improve the customer experience through the creation of integration guides
  • Work primarily with the sales product and customer success team members to align on priorities and deliver a fantastic product experience

You Are Likely To Succeed If:

  • You have 1 years of experience working with midsized or enterprise customers in a clientfacing role (Englishspeaking customers preferred)
  • C1 Level English
  • You have basic experience with how integrations and APIs work
  • You have exceptional attention to detail
  • You have a strong sense of urgency
  • You have experience managing multiple processes in parallel
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • You prefer working in a fastpaced environment with a rapidly changing product
  • You enjoy working collaboratively and supporting a small team
