Job Description:
Augmentjobs is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Summer Restructuring Analyst to join our team for a summer internship. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain handson experience in the restructuring field working with clients to address complex financial challenges. As a Summer Restructuring Analyst you will assist in financial modeling industry research and preparing client presentations working closely with senior analysts and consultants. The role will expose you to the process of corporate turnarounds distressed asset management and financial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the analysis of financial statements and business models of distressed companies.

Support in preparing financial projections and modeling.

Conduct research on industry trends distressed companies and market conditions.

Assist in the preparation of client presentations and reports.

Participate in client meetings and provide analytical support during restructuring discussions.

Contribute to the preparation of memoranda and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Education:

Bachelors degree (or in progress) in Finance Economics Accounting Business Administration or a related field.
Required Skills:

Strong analytical and quantitative skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Excellent communication and presentation skills
