Job Description:
As a Senior Restructuring Associate at Augmentjobs you will be responsible for leading complex restructuring and insolvency processes managing client relationships and advising on distressed assets financing solutions and recovery strategies. You will work closely with a team of restructuring professionals to develop and implement solutions tailored to clients specific needs. Your role will include managing financial analyses coordinating with legal teams and providing strategic guidance to stakeholders in challenging financial situations.
Responsibilities:

Manage complex restructuring cases including distressed debt and insolvency processes.

Provide advisory services to clients on financial recovery strategies and alternative financing options.

Develop financial models to evaluate restructuring options and asset performance.

Conduct indepth financial analysis and due diligence of distressed companies.

Assist in negotiations with creditors investors and other stakeholders.

Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Oversee the preparation of reports and presentations for clients creditors and other stakeholders.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients investors and legal advisors.
Required Education:
-
A Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Economics or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g. CFA CPA) is preferred.
Experience:

58 years of experience in restructuring distressed finance or insolvency advisory.

Strong experience in financial modeling valuation and analysis of distressed businesses.

Proven ability to manage complex projects and client relationships effectively.
