Education Requirements:

A Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field is required. A Masters degree or professional certifications (such as CFA or CPA) is a plus.
Experience Requirements:

35 years of experience in corporate restructuring financial advisory investment banking or related fields.

Experience working with distressed companies and restructuring processes is preferred.

Familiarity with financial modeling due diligence and legal frameworks related to insolvency and restructuring.
Job Responsibilities:

Analyze distressed companies financials operations and capital structures to assess the potential for restructuring.

Assist in developing strategic plans for clients facing financial difficulties.

Support senior restructuring professionals in executing financial models and forecasts related to restructuring options.

Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders involved in restructuring processes.

Collaborate with legal financial and operational teams to develop and implement restructuring strategies.

Monitor financial performance postrestructuring and provide ongoing advisory support.

Participate in creditor negotiations and restructuring committee meetings.
