Job Description:
Augmentjobs is seeking a highly motivated Summer Industrials Investment Banking Associate to join our team. As a Summer Associate you will support senior bankers in executing industrials sector transactions including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) capital raising and strategic advisory. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients conduct financial modeling perform due diligence and gain exposure to highprofile industrials deals. This role offers valuable experience in the fastpaced world of investment banking.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of client presentations marketing materials and pitch decks.

Conduct financial analysis including valuations financial modeling and industry research.

Participate in due diligence processes and assist with client interactions.

Collaborate with senior bankers to support live transactions and manage deal execution.

Contribute to the development of strategic recommendations for clients.

Gain insight into the investment banking process specifically within the industrials sector.
Qualifications:

Currently pursuing an MBA or relevant graduate degree (or equivalent) from an accredited university.

Strong academic performance with a focus on finance economics or a related field.

Previous internship experience in investment banking private equity or management consulting is a plus.

Proficiency in financial modeling Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Exceptional analytical organizational and communication skills.

Interest in the industrials sector and the investment banking industry.
