Job Title: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Specialist / Coordinator
Summary
We are seeking an experienced Onsite Coordinator who will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders project teams and offshore resources. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise and project management skills ensuring seamless project execution across geographies.
- Liaise with business and stakeholders at the onsite location to gather requirements provide updates and address concerns in realtime.
- Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of tasks and milestones.
- Manage the project lifecycle endtoend including planning tracking progress and mitigating risks and delays.
- Handle both technical aspects and project management responsibilities to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve issues and dependencies efficiently.
- Provide status reports and ensure that business expectations are met or exceeded.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in integration platforms particularly Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Experience working on Oracle EBS projects with an understanding of EBS modules and integrations.
- Proven project management skills including planning risk management and reporting.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage business expectations and offshore teams effectively.
- Ability to identify and address issues proactively and ensure timely resolution.
- Experience in working within distributed teams across onsite and offshore locations.Excellent communication skills
