Job Description
A) PLANT MANAGER: Qualification: CIPET graduate.
Preferred:
Other Qualification: MBA Operation
Computer: Good Basic computer skills & SAP Knowledge will be value addition
Experience: Minimum 20 years experience in production of which at least 5 years as plant manager in plastic processing (HDPE PET & MULTI LAYER) field having good knowledge & experience in better manufacturing practices & lean production process.
Job Responsibility:
- The candidate shall have good administrative skills.
- Production Planning Procurement Planning as per Sales Orders Inventory Planning & Control.
- Input Management Inventory Management RM/PM WIP Finished Products.
- Good knowledge of Screen printing and Pad printing.
- Achievement of Production & Dispatch targets through InHouse production.
- Ensure InProcess & Final Product Quality through implementation of proper Quality System InHouse.
- Proactive Maintenance Schedule to minimise downtime for Machines Tools / Moulds & Utilities.
- Cost Control through Controlling/Improving usage Efficiency.
- KRAs includes Optimum inventory levels logistic cost & Customer Service Index.
- Finished Goods dispatch plans in coordination with Sales Planning Outward movements.
- Coordination among different departments including H.O to ensure smooth flow of technical & managerial expertise.
- Keeping Companys overall perspective in mind coordinating & monitoring the functional departments for new product as well as customer development by understanding the customer needs.
- Factory / General administration liaison with external environment.
- Interaction with valued customers.
- Final verification & sanction of all the Bills / Voucher / Statements related to the factory operations.
- Regularly facilitate Operational MIS compilation analysis of data improvement actions and reporting of all performance & initiatives to the local and corporate management. Chart out a plan for continues improvement with the help of operational MIS data.
