Job Title: Java Systems Analyst (US Citizens only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document technical and functional requirements.
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement through software solutions.
- Design develop and enhance Javabased applications and systems.
- Create detailed technical documentation including system architecture and design specifications.
- Ensure applications are scalable secure and optimized for performance.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical issues in Java applications.
- Test and debug programs to ensure functionality and reliability.
- Provide recommendations for system improvements and updates.
- Work with development teams QA product managers and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor and maintain system performance.
- Provide ongoing support for existing Java systems including bug fixes and feature enhancements.
Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
- Experience in Java application development and system analysis.
- Proficiency in Java J2EE Spring Hibernate and related frameworks.
- Experience with database technologies such as SQL Oracle or MySQL.
- Knowledge of web services REST APIs and SOAP.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins Docker Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of frontend technologies such as JavaScript Angular or React.
- Experience with UML and other system modeling tools.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
