Location: Juno Beach fl (onsite 5 days a week No flexibility)

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic IT Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. This individual will manage various IT projects from requirements gathering to deployment leveraging agile methodologies. The ideal candidate has experience in billing systems .NET applications and/or Salesforce projects and is adept at coordinating offshore and internal development teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis:
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications.
- Collaborate with developers testers and UX designers to align deliverables with requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops demos and signoffs.
- Team interaction:
- Work with offshore development team based in India ensuring clear communication and task prioritization.
- Coordinate with internal developers UX designers and testers to meet project objectives.
- Technical Focus:
- Oversee projects involving billing systems .NET applications and Salesforce implementations/enhancements.
- Understand technical constraints and dependencies to guide project execution effectively.
- Reporting and Communication:
- Maintain project documentation including status reports issue logs and risk mitigation plans.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT business analysis.
- Proven experience managing projects involving billing systems .NET applications and/or Salesforce platforms.
- Experience working with offshore teams and managing distributed resources.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira Trello Azure DevOps).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend solutions.
- Proficiency in creating detailed project documentation workflows and user stories.
- Preferred Certifications:
- PMP PMIACP or equivalent project management certification.
- Salesforce Admin or related certification (preferred but not required).
