Location: Atlanta GA (30334)

Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
We are seeking a CAPS Operations Analyst to analyze customer business needs and participate in the planning design and implementation of system enhancements for the Georgia Childcare Administrative and Payments System (GACAPS). This role involves supporting the user community documenting business processes and ensuring effective communication between business users and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning development and testing phases of the SDLC for GACAPS.
- Elicit document and maintain functional and nonfunctional requirements as enhancement user stories.
- Assist in user acceptance testing and provide recommendations for issue resolution.
- Create and maintain business and systematic process flows.
- Communicate process changes effectively to end users.
Technical Skills Required:
- 4 years of experience in technology development projects as a liaison between business users and technical staff.
- 2 years in automating and documenting business processes.
- Experience creating user stories using JIRA Microsoft Project or similar platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and change management processes.
