Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Agile Solution Manager to oversee the CAPS Childcare Administrative and Payment System project. This role involves managing project streams collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of project outcomes in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and track project plans timelines and milestones.
- Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with multifunctional teams to implement solutions effectively.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
Required Technical Skills:
- Project Management certification (PMP)
- Experience with Salesforce platform
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira Asana etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
