Job Title: Process Improvement Engineer

Location: Stourbridge

Pay Rates: 28,000 - 38,000 per annum

Shift Patterns: Days 06:00/7:00 - 15:00/16:00

We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Engineer who is looking for a long-term permanent role! Our client is experiencing record breaking growth and is looking for committed employees to join their growing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Minimising internal and external s.
• Pursing development and methodology of parameters to produce high quality castings.
• Design Modifications needed to enhance, quality, reduce lead time, tooling and manufacturing costs.
• Calibrate simulation software and measurement tools.
• Working to KPIs - 'Right first time.'
• Enhance and support the operation of simulation software.
• Maintain quality control systems according to company standards.
• Reduce cost of manufacturing and eliminate reworks.
• Mentor employees.

Qualification/experience:

• NPI experience.
• Experience working with castings.
• Previous quality control experience.

• 06:00/7:00 - 15:00/16:00
• Overtime paid after 40 hours.
