About the Position
Our rapidly growing team is looking for a motivated Project Manager to lead projects from start to finish ensuring quality timely delivery and seamless collaboration across teams.
We re looking for a skilled organizer and communicator with leadership abilities and Agile project management expertise.
You will be part of a team handling multiple simultaneous projects for various clients and internal 34ML products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans ensuring timely delivery.
- Oversee all project phases from initiation to closure ensuring alignment with scope timeline and budget.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers designers account managers and clients.
- Organize and facilitate regular project meetings such as kickoffs status updates and retrospectives.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks dependencies and roadblocks.
- Ensure accurate documentation for each project including requirements timelines and outcomes.
- Monitor and report on project progress using Agile methodology.
- Drive accountability and ownership among team members while maintaining a collaborative atmosphere.
- Support quality assurance processes to ensure highquality project deliverables.
- Leverage tools and metrics (e.g. Gantt charts velocity cycle time) for improved tracking and productivity.
Requirements
- Experience: 1 3 years in project management or related roles.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Business Information Systems Management Information Systems or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and other project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problemsolving and conflictresolution skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Notion).
Bonus Points
- Experience in software development or familiarity with technical workflows.
- Basic account management skills.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP CSM).
