KRAs:
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads in the broking/financial services market.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends client needs and areas for growth.
Collaborate with senior management to set marketing goals and objectives aligned with the companys business strategy.
Campaign Management
Plan execute and monitor multichannel marketing campaigns (digital email social media events etc.) to drive customer engagement and acquisition.
Analyze campaign performance using metrics such as ROI CPA and conversion rates; provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
Manage budgets for marketing campaigns ensuring costeffectiveness and maximum ROI.
Digital Marketing
Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO SEM social media advertising and content marketing to enhance online visibility and attract new clients.
Oversee website updates landing pages and digital content to ensure consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
Utilize data analytics tools (Google Analytics SEMrush etc.) to track website traffic and optimize user experience.
Brand Management & Content Creation
Develop compelling content for various marketing channels including blogs newsletters videos and press releases to position the company as a thought leader in the broking industry.
Work closely with the creative team to design marketing materials (brochures presentations infographics) that align with brand guidelines.
Maintain and strengthen the companys brand identity across all marketing platforms.
Improving Leadership Visibility in Media and support the brand building.
Client Relationship & Engagement
Collaborate with the sales and client servicing teams to create clientfocused marketing materials and presentations.
Organize webinars workshops and other client engagement activities to build relationships and showcase the company s offerings.
Monitor client feedback and market sentiment to inform marketing strategies and enhance the customer experience.
In House Marketing Campaigns
Create mailers posters and other marketing materials for in house communication following the company s Brand Guideline
People Management
Mentor and guide junior marketing team members providing training and support to help them develop their skills.
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams (sales product compliance) to ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall business goals.
Evaluate team performance and provide regular feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Post Graduate with 1215 Years of relevant experience preferably in broking industry
Requirement Ability to engage customers must have strong market presence good communication skills knowledge about external branding.
