We have a requirement for Project / Planning Engineer
Job Description
Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or equivalent.
Experience: 5 15years of relevant experience in project planning and control activities for large EPC projects.
Industry : Fertilizer Petrochemical or Oil and Gas plants.
Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Primavera Project P6 MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for project planning scheduling and data analysis.
Onsite/Field profiles are not considered.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules using Primavera Project P6 for identified projects.
- Perform project planning and control activities for large EPC projects in the Oil & Gas and Fertilizers sectors.
- Update project baselines conduct critical path analysis and implement fasttracking and crashing techniques as needed.
- Monitor project progress generate MIS reports and conduct S Curve analysis for project performance evaluation.
- Maintain the Master Project Schedule for all ongoing and forecasted projects to support resource planning and allocation.
- Coordinate with engineering procurement and construction teams to ensure project deliverables are on schedule.
- Review project schedules of contractors vendors and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project timelines.
- Prepare and review invoices progress reports and project status updates for owners clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct resource loading analysis for manpower machinery and material requirements.
- Assist in project risk assessment mitigation planning and issue resolution.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project reports highlighting key milestones progress and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with project management processes standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize project planning and execution strategies.

Responsibilities Analyze, design, and optimize HVAC systems for various construction projects. Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure specifications and timelines are met. Conduct system calculations and simulations using advanced software. Prepare detailed reports and documentation for each project phase. Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and local regulations. Provide technical support and troubleshooting during and after project completion. Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies and sustainability practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Proven experience as an HVAC Engineer in the Oil & Gas industry. Strong understanding of CAD software and BIM methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and team collaboration abilities. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
