Content Development
- Conceptualize craft and support the development of compelling and persuasive thought leadership content for CSuite leaders and decision makers
- Develop copy for marketing channels and support the sales team in developing collaterals for deals
- Support SEO efforts and collaborate on improving web performance
- Review content and maintain a high level of quality on all assets
Content Management
- Manage develop processes and ensure timely delivery of content
- Liaise with necessary stakeholders and manage agencies incharge of content production
- Audit and report productivity and content outputs against objectives set
- Safeguard the brand and ensure guidelines are adhered to across all assets
Requirements
Requirements/Skills Needed:
- Bachelor s degree in communications journalism business or a related field
- 45 years and above proven experience in marketing and content development preferably for global companies in the B2B space
- A strong portfolio showcasing business marketing and sales writing skills in a wide range of content formats
- Familiarity with best practices in SEO
- Detailoriented enjoys collaboration and working in a fastpaced yet exciting environment

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services. This role involves enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers. Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. Oversee the social media strategy for the company. Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels. Utilize data from Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other tools to drive continuous improvement. Requirements Requirements/Skills Needed: Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. At least 3+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or relevant digital marketing role. Proficiency in using digital marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, and similar platforms. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing. Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
