Job Description:
Embark on an exciting career in the automotive industry as a Customer Support and Appointment Setter! In this role you ll be the vital link between potential car buyers and toptier dealerships utilizing stateoftheart technology and AIpowered systems. You ll handle both inbound and outbound calls setting appointments for car purchases and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers a unique blend of technology and personal interaction allowing you to develop valuable skills in customer relations while contributing to the transformation of the automotive retail sector.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls professionally addressing customer inquiries about vehicle purchases and dealership services
- Proactively manage outbound calls to follow up with potential customers and set appointments
- Utilize our advanced CRM system to accurately log customer interactions and schedule appointments
- Follow carefully crafted scripts to ensure consistent highquality customer experiences
- Collaborate with onsite sales teams to facilitate smooth handovers of appointments
- Adapt quickly to new promotions offers and script changes as directed by management
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills and stay updated on industry trends
- Meet and exceed performance metrics for appointment setting and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer interaction processes
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent
