Requirements
Must-Haves: 3+ years of content creation / UGC content management either for personal or banded content Ability to write for Spanish speakers in the USA, targeting other content creators' business Experience writing for and about content creators (tips, hooks, trends in content creation) Strong understanding of multiple short-form platforms for professional growth and engagement Willingness to research and learn new topics to position as a thought leader Experience with newsletters and blog posts is mandatory Ability to create value-driven content beyond AI-generated text Experience using ChatGPT or Midjourney (to similar tools) to aid in content creation Graphic design experience is a bonus, but not required Strong English and Spanish communication skills Ability to work EST
