Job Description

Prime Function:

  • Ensure the execution of integrated marketing campaigns utilizing direct mail email web and print advertising.
  • Ensure the production of advertisements marketing brochures sales kits or other promotional materials.
  • Ensure a positive representation of image of the organization to the general public clients shareholders and the community
  • To develop and organize promotional activities; coordinate with departments concerned; prepare and issue media releases; invite VIPs and media to promotional activities
  • Any matter which may affect the interests of ACCOR should be brought to the attention of the Management.

Key Responsibilities:

People Management

  • Establish and maintain seamless coordination & cooperation with all departments of Novotel Hyderabad & Hyderabad International Convention Centre to ensure maximum cooperation productivity and guest service.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with all the departments.
  • Respond to queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all personnel are kept well informed of departments objectives and policies.
  • Motivate and develop team to ensure smooth functioning of the department and promote teamwork.

Financial Management

  • To establish annual Marketing and Public Relation budgets and annual business plan.
  • Develop and plan weekly Marketing and Public Relation activities with a view to maximize productivity and generate higher revenues
  • Identify optimal cost effective use of the resources and educate the team on the same.

Operational Management

  • Coordinate all methods to maintain and increase business volume. This includes Advertising Sales Promotions Personal Selling Publicity and Community Relations
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of all branding and materials produced across all departments.
  • Brief and work with the suppliers ensuring quality creativity and value for money is achieved.
  • Oversee the preparation and dissemination of press releases and articles and coordinate media.
  • Responsible for the writing editing and publishing of organizational publications.
  • Maintain close contacts with possible Business Development partners such as with Hotels Airlines Travel agencies Commercial houses Private club Professional associates to procure new business for the company.
  • To obtain maximum media coverage of activities within the premises which are of interest locally and internationally.
  • Finalize designs and other artwork etc.
  • To maintain client database statistical reports and perform general administrative tasks
  • Handle additional responsibilities as and when delegated by the Management.
