Accountable for the corporate portfolio of accounts with focus on generating room nights from both FIT & Group segment.
Manage existing portfolio of corporate accounts and develop future volume accounts with ongoing proactive research.
Achieve KPIs as referred to in separate KPI document.
Coordination and hosting of elevated familiarizations and site inspections capturing our French flair and spirit of hospitality.
Proactively organize and leading sales calls including interstate sales travel.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Corporate Accounts.
Work closely with AccorHotels / Sofitels Regional/Corporate Network to assist with winning new business. Have a complete understanding of AccorHotels / Sofitels sales vision its products services and rate structure to fulfil business objectives.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 5 years experience in a Sales environment (Hospitality experience preferred).
Selfmotivated.
Projects professional image at all times through personal presentation / interpersonal skills.
Initiates contact and establishes rapport easily.
Organises time and work efficiently.
Appreciates and maintains an effective outlet for stress.
Effective numeracy verbal and written communication skills.
