    • First year: 3 per working day

    • After 12 months: 6 per working day

  • Fully paid training: Schedule Monday to Friday (12 days in English) Academy (Nesting) is 3 weeks

Your Role:

As a Customer Service Advisor youll play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding support and building trust with our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling Customer Interactions:
    • Manage incoming calls emails and chats with professionalism and efficiency.

    • Actively listen to understand and address customer needs.

  • Problem Solving:
    • Provide accurate valid and complete information using the right tools and methods.

    • Adapt to different customer personalities and scenarios with ease.

  • Maintaining Records:
    • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and account updates.

    • Follow communication procedures and company guidelines.

  • Team Goals:
    • Strive to meet personal and team targets in a fastpaced environment.

Your Profile:
