We are currently seeking Dutchspeaking professionals to join their dynamic team in Athens Greece.

Role Overview
As a B2B Payments Advisor you will play a pivotal role in providing premium customer care for business clients. Your responsibilities include:
- Manage inquiries related to the financial status of merchant accounts and assist with transactions (refunds manual charges payment tracking).
- Facilitating onboarding for new business clients and ensuring their seamless integration into the system.
- Maintaining and updating client information in internal databases.
- Delivering timely and professional assistance via email and phone (call volume is less than 5%).
This is a customercentric role that emphasizes accuracy professionalism and the ability to adapt to diverse client needs.

- Base Salary: 1450EUR (x14 months annually).
- Language Bonus: 100EUR /month (x12 months).
- Performance Bonus: Up to 10% based on monthly results.

Location & Schedule
- Workplace: Onsite in Athens Greece.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:0019:00 (rotative 40 hours/week).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Language Proficiency: Dutch (native level) and English (minimum B2).
- Core Skills: Strong communication active listening and customeroriented problemsolving.
- Desirable Experience: Prior experience in customer service or B2B support is an advantage but not mandatory.
