Experience the thrill of helping customers plan their dream voyages while working from the comfort of your home in Portugal or relocating to the vibrant city of Porto!
Position Details
- Role: Customer Service Specialist (German & English)
- Location: Remote (based in Portugal)
- Start Date: 9th December 2024
- Working Schedule:
- Rotative shifts:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 18:00
- Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 17:00
- Occasionally: 08:00 19:00
- Days Off: 2 rotational days per week.

What Youll Be Doing
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers assisting with inquiries about cruise bookings itineraries and onboard services.
- Handle a variety of customer concerns with professionalism via phone email and chat.
- Utilize your problemsolving skills to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Leverage digital tools to manage bookings and resolve issues effectively.
What Were Looking For
- Languages: German (native or fluent) and English (B2 proficiency).
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or contact centers preferred.
- Sales tourism or travel agency experience is a plus.
- Skills:
- Proven digital literacy and adaptability to new tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive problemsolving approach.
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
- Multitasking ability and diligence in completing tasks.
Compensation & Perks
- Base Salary: 1100 EUR gross per month paid over 14 months.
- Meal Allowance: 1837 EUR net per year.
- Totaling in: 17 237 EUR gross per year
- Relocation Package (for those moving to Porto):
- Reimbursement of Airfare: Up to 400 EUR in economy class after completing 6 months of employment.
- Shared Accommodation:
- Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months.
- Rent of 280 EUR/month (all utilities included) directly deducted from your payslip.
- Work from Anywhere in Portugal: Enjoy the flexibility of a remote working model if you prefer to stay outside Porto.
