Position Details
- Role: Content Moderator (German & English)
- Location: Onsite in Porto
- Start Date: 14th January 2025
- Working Schedule: Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday (2 days off per week):
- 07:00 AM 04:00 PM
- 09:00 AM 06:00 PM
- 01:00 PM 10:00 PM
What Youll Be Doing
- Review and moderate video content from a leading social media platform.
- Analyze videos according to clientspecific guidelines and tag them based on the assigned criteria.
- Ensure compliance with community guidelines to maintain a safe online environment.
- Pay close attention to detail and demonstrate patience while performing repetitive tasks.
- Collaborate with a supportive and dynamic team in a fastpaced environment.
What Were Looking For
- Languages:
- German (native or fluent).
- English (B2 proficiency).
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and focus.
- Ability to follow guidelines and make decisions consistently.
- Patience and resilience to handle repetitive tasks.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Experience: Prior experience in content moderation customer service or digital platforms is a plus but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: 950 EUR gross per month (14 months).
- Language Bonus: 450 EUR gross per month (12 months).
- Meal Allowance: 1837 net EUR per year.
- Totaling: 20 537 EUR per year.
- Relocation Package:
- Reimbursement of airfare (up to 400 EUR in economy class) after 6 months of employment.
- Shared accommodation for up to 12 months: 280 EUR /month (all utilities included deducted directly from payslip).
