Job Description

Looking for a highperforming QA Tester with a bachelors degree or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role. They are someone who can succeed as a QA Tester because of their strong problemsolving skills.
They are someone who is currently living in Mumbai and can start immediately or have a notice period of fewer than 30 days and are willing to work from the office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and analyse system specifications
- Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyse results
- Evaluate product code according to specifications
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects
- Report bugs and errors to development teams
- Help troubleshoot issues
- Conduct postrelease/ postimplementation testing
- Work with crossfunctional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- Designing test plans scenarios scripts and procedures.
- Executing tests on source code.
- Analysing test results and reporting to the development team.
- Working with the development team to correct bugs and errors.
- Ensuring that the products applications and systems work correctly.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 2 5 years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or a similar role
- Experience in project management and QA methodology
- Experience in mobile and web Manual testing
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Good technical knowledge to Produce quality code raising the bar for the whole team on quality and speed
Preferred Requirements:
- Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest Zephyr) and SQL
- Working knowledge of test management software programming languages and QA methodologies.
- Experience in mobile and web Automation testing
- Experience in regression testing
- Ecommerce domain knowledge
- Prior experience working in a startup

Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience of 25 years in a Quality Assurance Engineer or a similar role
- Experience in mobile and web Manual testing
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
