- POSITION: Director of Emergency Services
- LOCATION: Sanford NC
- WORK ARRANGEMENTS: Onsite

Your Impact & Contributions:
- Lead and transform a growing Emergency Department through strategic expansion and operational excellence
- Drive quality patient care outcomes through evidencebased practice implementation and staff development
- Shape and mentor the next generation of emergency care professionals while building highperforming teams
- Optimize emergency department throughput and resource utilization while maintaining exceptional patient care standards
- Manage multimilliondollar departmental budgets while ensuring fiscal responsibility and operational efficiency
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance patient care quality and staff satisfaction
What You Bring to Succeed:
- Background as a registered nurse with active North Carolina license (or compact state)
- Track record of progressive leadership experience in emergency care settings
- Demonstrated success in staff development and team building
- Strong fiscal management and budgeting capabilities
- Experience with quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Current AHA BLS ACLS and PALS certifications
- Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) Masters degree preferred
- Strategic thinking with ability to drive operational excellence
