The PreSales Support Manager is part of the technical support of Landa Digital Printing s sales cycle and the support of new product developments.
The role contributes to the demo sampling and sales process and provides support as needed at shows and exhibitions to present prospects and customers with all possibilities and best utilization of Landa systems achieving the best possible results for various products.
Create and assimilate the customer journey in a multidisciplinary environment from a qualified lead stage to the signed purchase order and initial postsale phase
Design an excellent representation for Landa Digital Printing solutions demonstrations presales process and methodology
Support the Marketing and Sales Team with challenges during the sales cycle
Produce creative and innovative samples to show Landa s systems capabilities
Present and explain Landa systems to potential prospects and existing customers ( Demo )
Document and report with SalesForce and other data management systems
Analyze customer print samples and define operational and technical requirements
Support the customer service and marketing departments with printing jobs
Excellent interpersonal skills a team player
Strong service orientation and problemsolving skills
Good time management and computer skills
Ability to work within a crossfunctional team structure
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Excellent verbal written presentation & communication skills
Requirements :
At least 5 years of experience in customerfacing presale roles in the digital printing industry
Inkjet printing or color management experience an advantage
Willingness and ability to travel abroad frequently
