Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities:
Work on Contract Management System called iCertis/ICM under the guidance of Risk Team & Legal Team and complete the Obligation abstraction activities for standard 46 predefined clauses for the IT related contracts which are in Executed state. It involves reviewing the contract documents which include Amendments/ Exhibit/Annex/Appendix to identify and outline essential terms conditions obligations rights timelines and essential clauses.
