Job Description:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Salesforce developer
- Hands on knowledge of LWC APEX Integrations Omni Studio Omni Scripts
- Should be aware of best coding practices for LWC and Apex
- Should be good in record triggered flows screen flows autolaunch flows.
- Should have worked on atleast one Service Cloud project where service cloud features like omni channel entitlements and milestones escalation rules knowledge management are implemented.
- Previous experience from banking insurance domain is nice to have
- Exposure to Financial Services Cloud is nice to have.
- Ability to decide between Salesforce OOTB feature and Custom component development.
- Ability to trade off additional requirements coming in mid of sprint (Agile practices)
- Ability to negotiate/explain OOTB features over customization
