Location : Bangalore
Requirements:
- 8 years handson experience
- Excellent problemsolving abilities
- Java OObased design and development.
- Design and implementation of microservices
- Proven track record working with realworld projects solid understanding of software development/delivery lifecycle
- Development experience with hightraffic backend services
- Direct experience with concepts such as SOA REST APIs messagebased communication.
- Understand concepts around concurrency and transactions
- Understand distributed systems concepts like SLAs consistency data durability message persistence and idempotency.
- Strong skills in ServerSide Java Spring Spring Batch Hibernate REST Maven and other opensource Java Libraries.
- Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ (or any message broker) as well handson with containerization (Docker) is a plus
- Good grasp of Data structures & Algorithm concepts.
- Database design programming tuning and query optimization.
- Test methodologies and testing tools e.g. TestNG JUnit.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems.
- Experience in software configuration management and streaming strategies for large parallel development teams.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams across time zones is essential.
- Strong verbal and writing skills; ability to thoroughly understand product specifications and ability to produce clear concise documentation.
- Understanding of processes and standards from compliance standpoint.
- Project planning ability experience in managing small development teams.
- Experience with GitHub Jira
- Comfortable with Agile and Scrum
Responsibilities:
- Design elegant scalable solutions and maintain documentation.
- Collaborate closely with other teams to solve complex problems.
- Develop code sufficiently supported by high quality tests
- Review code written by others and provide constructive feedback.
- Deploy and maintain code using Devops pipeline
- Participate in triaging and mitigating production issues
- Participate in scrum meetings
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Experience in communicating with other technical teams product and senior management to collect requirements describe/understand product features technical designs and engineering strategy
- Strong analytical skills.
- Team worker responsible delivery oriented.
- Demonstrate a high level of curiosity passion for technology pride of ownership and strive for excellence
- Ability to function effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage continuously changing business needs.
