Job Description:
- Build a high performance production support team with the right talent mix to exceed client expectations
- Be responsible for problem management including managing outages resolution co ordination with stakeholders and communication
- Ensure control processes are in place in alignment with client policies
- Provide 24x7 on call problem resolution
- Support Engineering and Business projects
- Review request for changes Business and Functional requirements etc
- Troubleshoot to determine root cause of problems in Production environments
- Pro active analysis and monitoring of Production applications
- Implement workarounds and temporary fixes
- Perform Application and Middleware logs analysis
- End end Incident tracking and client follow up including post mortem
- Work with 3rd level support Product owner application owner or Vendor to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Define and execute Contingency plans for applications COB
- EOL EOS Track and fulfilment
- Participate on Technical Audit review
- Support Engineering architecture definitions
- Provide support to Capacity Planning and Performance Management teams
- Coordinate Middleware Installations is autogenerated
