Job Overview:
As a Graphic Design Manager you are responsible for overseeing the graphic design team and ensuring the delivery of highquality visual assets that align with the organizations branding and objectives. Your role involves managing projects guiding the creative process and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve design goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of graphic designers providing direction feedback and support to ensure the teams success and professional growth.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning execution and delivery of design projects including establishing timelines allocating resources and managing priorities to meet project deadlines and objectives.
- Creative Direction: Provide creative direction and guidance to the design team ensuring that design concepts and executions align with brand guidelines messaging and target audience preferences.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders including marketing teams product managers and executives to understand project requirements goals and objectives and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and consistency of design deliverables by conducting regular reviews providing feedback and maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and creativity.
- Budget Management: Manage design budgets resources and expenses effectively optimizing resource allocation and cost efficiencies while ensuring the delivery of highquality design work.
- Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external vendors contractors and freelancers as needed ensuring that they meet project requirements timelines and quality standards.
- Professional Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the design team providing opportunities for training mentorship and career growth.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Graphic Design Expertise: Extensive experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles across print and digital media.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire motivate and mentor a creative team foster collaboration and drive results.
- Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools to plan track and oversee design projects from concept to delivery ensuring they meet deadlines and objectives.
- Creativity and Innovation: A passion for creativity and innovation with the ability to think strategically generate new ideas and push the boundaries of design to achieve impactful results.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts provide constructive feedback and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Brand Management: Deep understanding of branding principles and brand identity guidelines with the ability to maintain brand consistency across all design assets and touchpoints.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) as well as knowledge of design tools and emerging technologies.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality with the ability to review and critique design work ensuring accuracy consistency and adherence to design standards.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment managing multiple projects and priorities while remaining flexible adaptable and responsive to changing business needs.
