Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic young professionals fluent in Russian (C1) and English (B2) to join our vibrant Customer Service team in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide highquality assistance to customers via phone email and chat in Russian and English.
- Problemsolving: Address customer inquiries resolve issues efficiently and ensure satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about company products services and processes to provide accurate guidance.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and management to improve processes and customer experience.
Requirements:
- Language Skills:
- Russian Proficient (C1 level or higher).
- English Upper Intermediate (B2 level).
- Customeroriented: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for helping others.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fastpaced multicultural environment.
- TechSavvy: Basic understanding of digital tools and platforms; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Relocation Willingness: Open to moving to Lisbon Portugal.
