Job Description

We are in need of an energetic and outgoing recruiter. Someone who enjoys working with a tightknit team that promotes a positive work environment where an employees voice is heard and encouraged. What We Look For:

  • Experience in hiring a high volume of employees
  • Motivated selfstarter
  • Excellent at multitasking
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • BiLingual in Spanish is required
  • Electrical experience or knowledge of electrical work is a plus

Requirements:

  • If you can multitask work well with a computer are comfortable making phone calls and are organized you have what it takes.
  • Recruiters must be an organized individual who has strong written and verbal communication skills in both
  • Bilingual both English and Spanish is greatly needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel.
  • A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.
  • Be able to attract candidates using various sources like social media networks and employee referrals.

Typical Daily Duties

  • Recruiter will spend their day placing ads making phone calls conducting phone and inoffice interviews and maintaining an organized system of records.
  • Posting job opening ads on various employment sites
  • Screening Emails Resumes and voicemails
  • The high volume of outgoing calls to screen potential candidates for employment
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Conducting interviews and going over all employment paperwork written tests and practical application
  • Run background checks EVerify and drug tests on new hires
  • Keep organized records of potential candidates interviews and all current employees
  • Assist all branches in the company to help fill current job openings

Compensation:

  • This is a fulltime salaried position at $45000 $50000/year annualized competitive commission after 90 days.
