Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily screening calls and interviews to identify top talent for a variety of roles.
  • Manage the fullcycle recruiting process including sourcing screening assessing and supporting candidates through offer negotiations.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies that align with the company s hiring needs and goals.
  • Maintain a high level of organization ensuring seamless coordination and accurate tracking of candidates throughout the process.
  • Build and expand a network of contacts and relationships to identify and source highquality candidates.
  • Stay uptodate with recruiting best practices and industry trends to continuously improve processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s Degree (Required)
  • At least 2 years of recruiting experience with a proven track record of sourcing and placing candidates in a variety of roles.
  • Experience conducting interviews and assessing candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to build rapport and engage candidates effectively.
