Job Description: Senior Sales Consulting Analyst

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Sales Consulting Analyst to join our team. In this role you will lead indepth analyses develop datadriven sales strategies and provide actionable recommendations to help clients optimize their sales operations and drive revenue growth. You will play a key role in managing complex projects mentoring junior team members and delivering innovative solutions to enhance sales effectiveness and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development:
  • Lead the assessment and redesign of clients sales strategies to align with business goals and market opportunities.
  • Develop actionable plans to improve lead generation pipeline management and sales team performance.
  • Collaborate with clients to establish metrics benchmarks and KPIs for tracking sales success.
Data Analysis and Insights:
  • Analyze complex sales data to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Use advanced tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI Python or Excel) to create dashboards and visualizations for clients.
  • Deliver datadriven insights that inform strategic decisionmaking and optimize sales performance.
Process Improvement:
  • Evaluate and refine sales workflows and processes to eliminate inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
  • Implement best practices in sales methodologies pipeline management and team collaboration.
  • Use frameworks such as Lean Six Sigma or Agile to drive continuous improvement in sales operations.
Sales Enablement and Tools:
  • Recommend and implement CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) to enhance sales tracking and forecasting.
  • Develop tools playbooks and resources to empower sales teams with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
  • Partner with marketing teams to ensure alignment between sales and marketing strategies.
Market Research and Benchmarking:
  • Conduct research on market trends competitive landscapes and customer preferences to inform client strategies.
  • Benchmark client sales performance against industry standards and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Provide insights into emerging technologies and tools that can support client sales initiatives.
Client Engagement and Leadership:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders ensuring alignment with their sales objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations reports and dashboards to clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Manage project timelines deliverables and budgets to ensure successful completion and high client satisfaction.
Team Leadership and Development:
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts fostering their professional growth and ensuring highquality deliverables.
  • Coordinate crossfunctional teams to deliver cohesive and integrated sales solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of internal tools methodologies and best practices for sales consulting.
Thought Leadership and Innovation:
  • Stay informed on emerging trends technologies and best practices in sales consulting.
  • Develop thought leadership content such as white papers case studies and presentations to showcase the firms expertise.
  • Propose innovative strategies to address complex sales challenges and drive client success.
Qualifications: Educational Background:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Economics or a related field.
  • Advanced degree (e.g. MBA) or certifications (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Lean Six Sigma) is strongly preferred.
Professional Experience:
  • 5 7 years of experience in sales strategy consulting or analytics.
  • Proven ability to deliver impactful sales solutions and manage client engagements.
  • Expertise in CRM tools and technologies (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
Skills and Competencies:
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI Excel).
  • Deep understanding of sales processes methodologies and performance metrics.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
