Job Description: Sales Consulting Associate

Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and resultsdriven Sales Consulting Associate to join our consulting team. In this role you will lead client engagements develop sales strategies and implement solutions that drive revenue growth and enhance salesforce effectiveness. You will analyze sales performance design datadriven strategies and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver measurable results. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on highimpact projects mentor junior team members and advance your career in sales consulting.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development:
  • Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with clients business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Assess clients sales operations to identify inefficiencies gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop actionable plans to optimize lead generation pipeline management and sales conversion rates.
Data Analysis and Insights:
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Use advanced analytics tools (e.g. Excel Tableau Power BI) to create dashboards and visualizations that inform decisionmaking.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve sales productivity customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Process Improvement:
  • Evaluate and redesign sales processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices and sales methodologies to improve team performance and operational outcomes.
  • Leverage tools such as Lean or Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement in sales operations.
Sales Enablement and Tools:
  • Develop and implement sales enablement programs including training playbooks and toolkits to empower sales teams.
  • Recommend and integrate CRM tools and technologies (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) to improve tracking forecasting and team collaboration.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales and marketing efforts ensuring cohesive messaging and campaigns.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
  • Conduct research to understand market dynamics customer needs and competitive positioning.
  • Benchmark client performance against industry standards and identify strategies for differentiation and growth.
  • Stay updated on emerging sales trends tools and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
Client Engagement and Leadership:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders building strong relationships and ensuring alignment with their goals.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations reports and dashboards to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Manage project timelines deliverables and budgets ensuring highquality outcomes and client satisfaction.
Team Leadership and Development:
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants fostering their professional growth and ensuring highquality deliverables.
  • Lead project teams coordinating crossfunctional efforts to deliver comprehensive sales solutions.
  • Contribute to the firms development by creating tools frameworks and methodologies for sales consulting.
Thought Leadership and Innovation:
  • Research and contribute to the development of white papers case studies and presentations to demonstrate the firms expertise.
  • Propose innovative sales strategies and solutions to address complex client challenges.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine internal processes and enhance service offerings.
Qualifications: Educational Background:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Economics or a related field.
  • Advanced degree (e.g. MBA) or certifications (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Lean Six Sigma) is highly preferred.
Professional Experience:
  • 3 5 years of experience in sales strategy consulting or related roles.
  • Proven track record of managing client engagements and delivering impactful sales solutions.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) is essential.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI Excel).
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies processes and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Project management expertise with the ability to manage multiple engagements and deliver results on time.
