Key Responsibilities:

Lead the execution of complex financial transactions in the energy sector ensuring meticulous attention to detail.

Prepare comprehensive presentation materials and pitchbooks for client meetings.

Collaborate with senior executives to develop and deliver strategic recommendations to clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients investors and other stakeholders.

Mentor and guide junior team members fostering professional growth and development.
Requirements:

A bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field; an MBA or CFA designation is strongly preferred.

57 years of relevant experience in investment banking with a focus on the energy sector.

Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling valuation techniques and deal structuring.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a strategic mindset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder interactions.

Salary Range: $140000 $190000
