Job Summary:
Augmentjobs is seeking a dynamic and detailoriented Energy Investment Banking Associate to join our team. This role focuses on advising clients in the energy sector managing complex financial transactions and providing strategic guidance on mergers acquisitions capital raising and restructuring activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills a deep understanding of energy markets and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed financial analysis including building and reviewing financial models.

Support senior bankers in executing M&A capital markets and advisory transactions.
