As our new Head of Product (all genders) you will lead initiatives from conception to execution concerning our product strategy and roadmap. You will be part of an amazing journey building an exciting product that fosters collaboration in logistics. This includes leading a team of product managers and designers.
You will report directly to our Cofounder and CPTO Tobi. Your Talent Acquisition partner for this role is Mirela.
Tasks
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of 45 direct reports including product managers designers and product operations providing mentorship guidance and performance feedback.
- Product Roadmap: Collaborate closely with the CPTO to translate the companys strategy into a clear actionable roadmap that aligns with both shortterm objectives and longterm vision.
- Product Discovery & Research: Utilize your rich product discovery toolbox to lead earlystage product initiatives by conducting user research and leveraging insights to create wellinformed product decisions.
- UX & Design Focus: Communicate concepts visually and ensure a strong commitment to delivering highquality UX.
- Communication & Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate clearly circle back on topics and proactively reach out to stakeholders to ensure alignment and foster collaboration across departments.
- Project & Performance Management: Bring structure to projects monitor performance and uphold a feedbackdriven culture.
- Commercial Understanding: Leverage your deep understanding of B2B dynamics to support the business and connect easily with customers.
- Handson & Result Oriented: Stay handson with daytoday operations focusing on driving results and hitting targets.
Requirements
- 5 years experience in productrelated roles in a SaaS setup. If you bring knowledge in logistics is a great plus!
- Proven experience leading teams (25 direct reports) in product management product operations or design.
- Demonstrated ability to translate company strategy into a coherent product roadmap.
- Strong experience with product discovery and user research methods.
- Strong collaboration communication and project management skills.
- Excellent commercial understanding ofB2B environments.
- Growth mindset adaptability and proactive leadership style.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Fluency in both German and English with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
